โ โ โ โ โ If I could, I wouldn't give any star. The apartment is made very cheap, the walls are cracking , loud noise from the expressway from 24hours 24. You cannot rest since the noise is very strong, same as you are in middle of the highway Non Stop. In the gym is hot, not a single mirror on the wall. To enter the building to the elevator you have to cross the parking, not a single pathway for pedestrians. Overall, I dislike this place and I cannot wait to move out.

โ โ โ โ โ Brand new apartment in a strategic location and with wonderful kid's playground, gym room, sauna, steam room, dance room and swimming pool for both kids & adult. Kids would love the playground as it has modified flying fox.

I found this unit through Property Guru Malaysia.
I rent for 6 months, starting from April 2021, and I move in Mid May due to travel restrictions between Singapore and Malaysia. After Six, I renewed for another 4 months.
The agent never gives the lease contract and the three-month deposit in advance.
The Nightmare started when I moved out. I moved out in Mid January, one week before Chinese New Year, as I need to go back to Singapore.
I did clean the entire apartment, including the toilet.
Stanley, the agent, never came to collect the key despite the fact that my director tried to call him many times.
So, he never did his part to collect the key, check the unit, and finalise the handover unit back to the owner.
My director left the key in the security guardhouse because she needed to go overseas, and Stanley came to collect the key in February.
Until now (June), the electricity and water bills and deposits hanging in the air. Stanley, the agent, never have a good intention to return our deposit. We try to reach the owner ( Leong), and he diverted all to the agent, he also don't have any good intentions to settle and clear this problem.
Very irresponsible agent and owner. Try to cheat and earn money from the lease deposit. I hope karma will come to them soon.
