★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband, my girl n I enjoyed this place so much that we went for 2 days of our stay at Ipoh. Aside from kids' playground, they also have rental of different bicycles for adults and Kids and a small Japanese garden. Its really a recreational park. And the entrance fee is free except for the rental of bicycles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very wonderful park to exercise with nice old trees and children's playground. Located next to the Kinta River and the Kinta Riverfront Hotel There and Suites. There are fish ponds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a big park for people to exercise, spend time with family and friends. Plenty of trees providing shades. It's a bit deserted when I visit but it's okay, I enjoyed it. It's a short walk from Ipoh's old town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a very big park but it is a nice park for jogging, cycling or short walk with kids, family and friends. The fishes in the pond are all so huge especially the koi fish. Many big trees too, look very greenery, nice for photoshooting. Ample of parking space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think it was originally called as a Japanese Garden but got renamed later. Nice peaceful place, very well kept. Take note that some areas you're not supposed to cross into as they have rocks specifically positioned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big park u can plan for birthday celebration, gathering etc. good place for spending time with family. Kids will love to see a lot of fish in the pond. Go there when it’s not that hot.
There’s a place where u can learn about plant. Good for education too.

also can rent bicycle : alot of type with different price.. it is recreation park after all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another hidden gem of Ipoh city (sort of). most of the areas are plants and trees, some are well-maintained. I even found a skateboarding area surrounded by trees! and one of the main attraction in this park is another park inside the park itself (lol). "Taman Jepun" or Japanese themed Park, is a small park totally surrounded by wall and can be entered through main gate only. It's good for relaxing and photography. I only managed to spent about 1 hour and unfortunately I'm unable to explore all of the area. You can find food court on the other side of the area. and you can rent tandem bicycle. Now all being said, do I need to remind this is public recreational park. which comes with the downside of litters such as beer bottles and plastics. irresponsible people and couples are polluting this green place. Please, to anyone who visits here, do not litter.
