★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two of the main areas in Ipoh's old town worthy for half a day shopping and exploring - concubine lane and Yasmin museum's open courtyard market. Shops selling jewellery, handmade products, paintings etc can be uncovered.
You will find maps all over old town depicting where the larger-than-life murals are located, all within ten mins' walk.
Plenty of instagrammable spots all around!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Won't go here again ,my car got break in at here . There are no CCTV anywhere near this area. There are a uncle sitting there that manage the parking lot, maybe is because i'm not parking inside his parking lot so he don't care . He said he saw the a car park there for few min,then heard glass broken sound after few second the car leave. He just give me the number plate,no even full number plate. When i go police station,the told me that case like this happen a lot around that area. I know i being stupid to left a bag inside my car,but here the thing this place is a tourist attraction there are a lot of people & car passing through so no one saw what happening? And the police attitude is ok,but the she keeps telling me that case like this happen often , it happens like everyday. So they know case like this happen but do nothing? Maybe setup some police stand around, increase the amount of police patroling the area. Put on more CCTV at the street?
