★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very peaceful gated community. 3 Storey villas with a nice swimming pool. Sorry for gym users as there is no gym facility within the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ D Residency is located in Sungai Kayu Ara. Its like a Townhouse concept 2 floors & a open Rooftop area. They have a swimming pool but poorly maintain its dirty & old. The entrance of this building is facing a rubbish dump & some others wooden houses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A quite compact townhouse tuck away in the Damansara Kayu Ara. Ideal for young family for there's 4 level per unit. Elderly folks can be find the place tight and tiresome. Limited parking for visitors.
