★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very pleasant purchase experience when I was at the showroom thanks to Bernice! She was very helpful, patient and professional because I was undecided between 6 different sofas haha. And after that also helping me with sorting out the choice of fabric for the sofa as well.
Delivery also very prompt. A very beautiful sofa and worth the price that you pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a pleasure choosing my furniture at Crownlivin. KK Ong, the consultant was very attentive and spent time discussing with me on my needs and made some good suggestions up to the point of purchase.
after sales service was also top notch as KK attended to my queries on when and where to inspect the furniture post customization, as well as arrangements on delivery with very clear instructions, even though it was after work hours (and i texted him alot!). we faced a little bit of a hiccup that delayed our delivery only because of the covid situation but KK remained very helpful in linking me up with their logistics team so that we can re-match our schedules.
the delivery team was equally professional and they followed instructions of our building management resulting in a smooth transfer of the furniture to my unit. they made sure that they called ahead to lock in a suitable arrival time and even called 30 minutes ahead on the delivery day so that we could anticipate their arrival.
all in, i highly recommend furniture shopping here. the selection's contemporary and at a price point that meets your budget. the excellent team led by KK is an additional icing on the cake! thanks team Crownlivin!

Received a faulty coffee table on 8 March 2022 (picture 1 & 2) and they agreed to arrange for replacement.
After waited for weeks and finally on 2 April 2022, received the replacement and yet the condition is even worst. (picture 3).
I don't want your table anymore. Please arrange to collect back your table and refund. Thank you.

Services provided by their interior designer, Bernice was professional and insights were really helpful to help create my home.
Pricing-wise was not the cheapest in town however, you get what you pay for!
Can't wait to use my rewards points to purchase an Armchair to add some ascents and colour to my home!
