★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malaysia branch: Bad logistics arrangement. One star is being too generous. No reminder on delivery date the day before. I have to personally call the person-in-charge in the morning of the delivery date to beg for the arrival time. Even then, they cannot give me because the system doesn't start as this place only opens after 12pm. (They should well know it's corporate standard to arrange delivery in the morning) Very inconvenient to us as buyer. To make things worse, their delivery only arrive by 5pm. Have they ever consider that they're located at a traffic jam zone?) I'm baffled by the inefficiency, lack of information and inflexibility of the service. I hope they improve

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. Went twice, and both times the staff was just on the phone chatting away. Didn’t even bother to get up and ask what we wanted. It was almost like we were invisible. Never ever again stepping foot inside.
If you are the owner of this store, you should be really concerned. Think who you hire as salespeople!! Good product alone is not enough.

The Boss of the shop definitely choose the correct sales person with good value.
