★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have no idea why is it so popular. The taste is so-so. I have had better lok lok in sg and i dont mind paying more for the sg one for better taste and better service.
Thought i was in an alley fight when talking to the staff there lol. Esp that gangsterish chinese man working in the kitchen. Asked him nicely if my food is ready because i have been waiting close to ONE HOUR and he give me attitude. Eh hello. U should be thankful i didnt rage like you did ok. If ask u to wait one hour for your food you sure you wont angry anot??? Wasted one hour waiting for my food when they just put it on the dabao table without saying anything. How can people know if their food is ready??? No system at all. Dont recommend anyone to come here at all!! Sg have so much better lok lok with much better taste, varieties and better service.
Waste my bloody time for horrible service and horrible tasting food. Feel sorry for the other staffs cos the other staffs have much better service and are nice. But that ah beng chinese guy had to ruin their whole image :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing special. Long wait. Customers behind me already gotten their food and finish yet my order is still waiting despite repeated reminders. Outlet ran out of ice and chilli and did not replenish. Spent 45mins waiting for my food. Came with high expectations and left with huge disappointment.
