β β β β β Good management. Connected to damen mall (with Jaya Grocer) through level B1. Common areas are cleaned daily. Has a pool (a bit small), gym and sauna. Apartments are nice and bright. Multi level resident parking is easily accessible from 2 roads. 5-7 minutes walk to USJ 7 LRT station, Giant and Mydin. Only downsides are, **no free visitor parking** (see update), the electricity is charged at the commercial rate (2x residential rates), and the area gets traffic jammed during peak hours.

β β β β β Came here for the mall's groceries, Jaya Grocer. One of my favourite supermarket. You can find almost everything that you need at reasonable price. Fruits are fresh. Fish as well. Veggies too. And 10% off on fruits and vegetables if you're AIA vitality member. Great way to add on your AIA Vitality points.

β β β β β Infinity pool is nice and itβs near a LRT station. In front thereβs a small mall, but you can find pretty much everything there. But be aware that the place itβs really far from KL, 1 hour train to KLCC.

β β β β β A 6 years old building and every time heavy raining and leaking. Management doesn't seems bother and take initiative to fix.
I think I donβt have so say much about the building management. Seems like all the reviews quite accurate. Based on my understanding from the email I was told as a residence who pay the bills and I have to closed the lid on behalf of the workers who is not closing the lid everytime after they returning the empty dustbin. Form follow function, the dustbin lid is design to closed and ensures that there is nothing smell or any insects, bacteria and germ is growing out. (Plus now is Covid-19 period)I feel like I am being βtekanβ and do the duty. As you can read this issues is already been voice up since last August and is been more then 6 months and the garbage area problems havenβt been solve by the building management. Judge yourself what do you think of the management treating the building property and the residence property? did they performed thier duty or they just try to make me feel bad and move away so that in future is more easyly for them to tekan future tenant and residences?
P/S: the refuses area is design well enclose behind the metal door and the building management is been misplaced and allocated. The places is been miss treat by the management.
