★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A quiet location with a grocery store and hair salon, fitness centre, swimming pool, etc. Close to a petrol station, a mosque, a Chinese school and shops - all within a 5 minute walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible security management. Have stayed here for more than 2 months already and the same security guy never easily allow me to enter when i’m using grab taxi to drop at the lobby. Secondly, i purchased online and they did not allow the deliveryman to enter to drop the package to my home. If i can give minus 5 stars I seriously will give minus score. Bad security management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place where dead people and stressed adults live. It's a center of complaint where you can't even do anything. The rooftop closes at 12am but the lights are already out at 6pm. There is actually a rule in the playground where kids after 13 cannot enter, what the hell is that?! Honestly, it is a suitable place for adults who just complains about everything. Might as well call this the "USJ old folks home" . Facilities? what facilities? There's not enough facilities to even notice, except for the pool. The guards here are really trying to do their job not to get fired. To the point where children can't have fun anymore. Maintenance of a unit if highly expensive as things just crumple off and the worker just charges you over RM 200 just for hammering nails on your door. Overall I say it is a good place for adults who wants peace and quiet, but not teenagers. I pity the uni student that lived here. And for the adults who thinks this is peace and quiet, remember you're still in the city and you should move to a village instead for more peace and quiet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to stay in. The gym is beautiful. The swimming pool is quite nice. The security guard is doing their job very well and I like their service to be honest. But one thing is that the grass at each floor which intended to beautify the place is underwhelming. They are not well maintained. On top of that, the lift area and exterior of the building seems old and can be repaint to enchance the overall property.
