Terrible neighbours ( B 18 01) playing loud music midnight enough to vibrate downstairs.
Useless management and security.

Poor customer service, and high unprofessionalism. Hope someone can teach him better protocol and customer service, doesnt feel nice to stay in a place where you know the manager wont understand your concerns or situation and raise their voice at you instead.
