โ โ โ โ โ Another korean fine dining restaurant in the heart of KL where they offer tyipical korean food that you can find it at other korean restaurant. The price was ?? perhaps due to the place located in an elite shopping complex. You should try out the dried Persimmon juice with cinnamon

Manager 0/5: We came to have korean bbq and we requested for the meat to be cooked on the grill at the table. When she brought us the food she told us "Since you want to cook your meat here you have to do it yourself because we don't have staff to cook it for you' and rudely shoved the plates of meat & cooking utensils on the table. Considering this is suppose to be a 'FINE DINING' Korean restaurant we were shocked and appalled. In the end we had to cook our own food.
Stuck up and arrogant. She looks at what kind of bag you are carrying and what you are wearing.
Food 3/5: What is pictured is not what you get. You get about 5 side dishes and the meat is not fresh. They also mentioned that they do not serve anymore free watermelon at the end of the meal.
Service 2/5: It is impossible to get the waiters to refill your tea and side dishes. They don't cook the meat for you as they are too busy!

โ โ โ โ โ DO NOT COME! In "fine" Korean cuisine, you expect fine food and fine service. Well, not here. The meat quality was inconsistent and poor. But most notably, the manager of the restaurant was not only rude but condescending and disrespectful as she was serving our dishes to the table. She seemed very unhappy throughout our entire dinner experience. The worst restaurant service I have ever experienced.

โ โ โ โ โ Always loved coming here. I am a fan of their Haemul Pajeon. We also had their BBQ set. The waiter was very helpful in suggesting which meat to get. His service is pretty good in interacting with the customer making small comments and ensuring you get your grilled meats quickly. Also if you want the food to be grilled in front of you they will ask as an option. If you don't want them to grill in front of you they will do it at their kitchen.
Price will be on the higher end but it comes with quality. Recommended.

โ โ โ โ โ Avoid this place at all costs, it was an insulting and transactional experience.
After being seated and ordering, a rude manager, who walked around with her handbag attached and a judgmental frown began "serving" us.
When bringing the food, she rudely told us that because "tonight is busy, you cook yourself." She then rudely and condescendingly pointed at the fire control dial, instructed us on how to cook, then put our other dishes on a table far from reach. This was not before she sighed and annoyingly said "move your things" at my family member to move his water bottle so she could place the small dish on the table.
She did not serve us the sauces and condiments on the side until we asked for it. Service was also slow: tea and side dish refills took a long time. She clearly did not enjoy that she had to do the unthinkable: respectfully and competently execute her job.
A kind staff member eventually helped us to cook but the night was ruined.
The only time the said manager was mildly polite was when we paid our 600RM bill. Perhaps this was because until the receipt was printed I seemed like a nobody. Perhaps this was because respect and kindness are only afforded to those who have money. Perhaps this was because some people at this restaurant think that wealth, status, and appearance dictate the dignity with which you will be treated.
