★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very unpleasant experience here in Coach Pavilion. We came here to do the engrave service for the bag that we’ve purchased online directly from Coach Malaysia Website. I have liaised with Ms Gin in advanced through email and thank you to Ms Gin, she attended my request and my inquiry in timely manner and helpful enough in answering all my inquiries. The expectation that we thought we will get will be the same as the services given by Ms Gin, but sadly NO. The staff whom work on the morning shift on 31st January 2022 Chinese guy are treated us very likely to be racism while seems to entertain us with unethical behavior. I passed him and showed him the bag that we’ve purchased form the sealed box and asked him to do the engraving services as per requested on email but he just left my bag unattended widely appended without our presence as I believed if he’s well aware that there’s a chance of my bag get stolen as I’ve purchased it already. After the engraving service done, he just left us like that, leave my bag like that without even having any courtesy of effort to pack it back properly and put it as how as I bring it to him. While he’s seem busy entertaining the customers whose freely roaming in the store, I think it’s just common and wise action that he should do. If I knew their service will be this bad, I’ll just go to KLCC Branch. Please make your wise consideration first before coming here coz I would rather go to other brach not here anymore in the future time.
