To begin with…the helper who dealt with us was rude and didn’t explain earlier certain rules pertaining to our stay…secondly the entire place was dusty and dirty…few essentials and infrastructures of the house (pipe, toilet,esp toilet door knob as one of us got stucked inside) was broken n which is not worth of what we pay( rm 504 per night including service and cleaning) nobody showed up for cleaning even after requesting to the host. Mattress and pillows was stinking badly and had bedbugs…pretty sure it was used by previous visitors and they provided all this nonsense for rm 504. Definitely terrible place to opt for staycation or even as a holiday stay…
