★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room smelled SO bad. I had to spend 40 rm on air fresheners and sprays to freshen up the room, also batteries for the AC remote. Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I checked-in at night and it was very hard to find office for check-in. Appear it was close I had to call the hotel and staff show up 40 min later and was busy on phone. I wait for a long time till I get my key and go to my room by myself .There are mold in bathroom. I asked for tax invoice for my company billing when I check out. But I only got an email said that I paid money to the hotel. When I email back doesn't get respond. There are small kitchen and washing machine in the room. I not very far from place that I need to do seminar. There is small 7-11 near by if you need something to eat at night. In walking distance from Petronas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ . The staff is friendly. The room was totally not like in the pictures.nnOn booking it said that there is daily cleaning. But when I asked for it, i was told that they don't do it but they woul for free for one day.nThat day when the cleaning folks came, they lost my 15$ USB receiver and sleeping mask ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was nice and helpful, would stay again. Across the street from the Thai embassy, perfect place for that. Large apartment style room.. Not many places to eat for walking in the area, grab is simple though and cheap most places I went was less than 10 ringit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ its nice. but prepare extra money for deposit. i stay for 2 night and deposit is rm200. overall nice. there have tv but no channel. idk why.
