β β β β β Lovely place. I had a suite which was amazing. My colleague was given a twin bed room. Guess i got luck. Watching the sunrise every morning, wow!! Staff are very friendly and happy to help.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is breakfast or lack of decent choice/variety.

Please educate your staff to have a proper training before interviewing for candidate it's really bad attitude to see your staff doing like that.

β β β β β Not recommended at all.. Place is in a very bad condition.. We checked in n checked out immediately within an hour.. The enviroment has a very unsafe vibes..

15 minutes walking to klcc
Got also easy transportation
The parking is expensive for that building actually because itβs quite old

β β β β β Holiday Place location is near to KLCC and nice area to stay. Unfortunately the agent βSueβwho rented the apartment to us for 1 month was unhelpful as she never fulfil her promises since she informed us that the apartment will be available if we wish to extend and eventually she informed us 1 day before that we canβt extend and we had to find new apartment. The surprising part is that she never bothered to find alternative or new apartment to us even if we are a family (5 people all female and kids).Also, If you ever experience any unsafe incident she wouldnβt go any extra mile for the safety of her tenants. The reception and security are not friendly. The housekeeping are not good in cleaning the apartments and you have to pay Rm80 which is expensive. If you have any important meetings or online work you canβt trust the Wifi connection here.

β β β β β It is a rather old building located in U Thant but a relatively short walking distance from KLCC. They have a small gym (probably for 2-3 people), but the pool is good with a nice view toward the surrounding.
The staffs are friendly and helpful enough.

β β β β β The security is friendly. They will greet you every time they see you.
The convenience store is adequate with what i need though the price is a bit on the high side.
Hock Choon (owned by Jaya Grocer) is just five minutes walk from Holiday Place. It is the only supermarket in town where they don't separate Halal and Non-Halal products or payment counters. The staff are friendly and helpful. It made shopping there feels like shopping at the local convenience store.
