β β β β β Could hear very noisy rats banging around and scuttling in the walls and ceiling all night, could not sleep at all. The reception staff at the time found it funny, acted in a patronising manner and refused to solve the problems. Having sad that the day staff were lovely, smiley and helpful. We were really please with everything (cleanliness, friendliness, value for money) until the last night when the rats were incredibly noisy.

β β β β β location is good. pretty easy to find. but my friend said it is not very clean. since heοΌs the one checking into the hotel. I am not quite sure if thatοΌs the case, since everyone says it is clean. I think this is very popular hotel among international travelers. I think it must not be too bad.

β β β β β Below RM100 rate hotel for backpackers. But somehow they need to upgrade their carpet cov we found unpleasant smell when stay in. We need to get Febreze to reduce the smell. Friendly staff. Good bed and good pillow. Nice room overall with good cleanliness.

β β β β β Although Ive booked a room without window and being a bitt stressed initially I finally found the hotel pretty good. Its quite close to the city center - monorail station is 5 min walk. Cleaning is nice and regular. Wifi is sometimes having some downtimes. There is quite good restaurant almost in hotel lobby. Of course it int 5 star hotel. But for the price the quality more than appropriate.
