★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was covid positive and recovered and my status updated no risk but I feel post covid effect and visited the clinic and doctor told me that just watch for 3 days and come back again I will refer to cardio if symptoms still persist. I visited the clinic again and there was lady doctor when I said I was covid positive and now I am recovered. She left the room and send nurse to me and nurse told me that leave the clinic as soon as possible and go to government hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst clinic ever. I would never recommend to anyone. The waiting time is horrible even though less patients. To call another patient in took about 15 minutes gap and getting medication takes times. Which I have never encountered in any other clinics before

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If given a choice, I would would not give any star. Service is really poor and slow. Nurses were busy talking rather than doing the work and this caused that is the delay. Waited almost 50 minutes to get a referral letter from the clinic. There were only 2 patients when I went to the clinic and 2 doctors were on duty. Can you imagine how efficient they are?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only 24hrs clinic at the jalan ipoh area. So only visit when you’re in a pinch. Their consultation and medical fees are quite expensive, but you’re not complaining if this is the only clinic that’s opened.
Parking: park at the inner road (turn left before the clinic)
The clinic has e payments but it did not work when I was there. So best to bring cash (at least rm100/visit)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad Service. Terrible. Book an appointment on doctoroncall at 1.30pm purposely so i dont have to wait long. Showed up 15 mins before and nurse asked me to return at 2.30pm because doctors were out for lunch??! whats the point of making an appointment? plus there were several patients waiting to be treated at that time. are they waiting for 2.30pm too? ridiculous. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

1) Nurses never call the patient when it comes to ur turn! Instead we need to go to the counter, collect the slip ourself then go inside the doctor room by ourselves!! Where is the respect for ur patient??we are paying!!
2) The doctor din even bother to check patient, did not touch patient or check patient Blood pressure! She just ask what’s our problem then said can go out and wait without any further check up!! And for this kind of doctor, we need to pay their consultation fee???Consultation with 30 seconds only??? Why we should pay for this kind of doctor??
3) Nurses busy chit chatting at the counter and playing with their phone!! Busy “Membawang”!!There is no eye contact between the patient and staff over there!! Zero knowledge!!medication preparation taking long time where as not much patient in the clinic Becoz busy “Membawang”!!
4) You guys don’t even deserve for 1 star!!!!
Will never recommend this clinic to anyone!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst clinic! I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone. I regret i didn't read the reviews before made an appointment for medical check up here. I booked this clinic for my premployment medical check up. I reserved my schedule today just for medical check up but when i arrived the staff at the counter informed that the doctor last minute not available. So I asked why u didn't informed me? She just simply replied come back tomorrow. I said I'm not available so can i do some of the check up so that it will save time tomorrow. But she said "the process lead time is still the same. We will give time off tomorrow" i said I'm full tomorrow. I came from hometown just for this check up. All the staff just chatting and play phones. The other staff even sit on the table in the reception counter. They supposed work by informing all the patients that made the appointments today! Not play phones. I will banned this clinic and i hv to find other clinics that accept walk in.
