★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello guys. What can i say about this shop. Bike servicing service is fantastic, no problem in that. But when comes to the sales representative, that is the worse. The sales staff is lack of knowledge and information on the bikes specs. Promises made before purchase by the sales staff suddenly differs after paying deposit while waiting for the bike to be registered. And the processing is damn slow. I hope the owner of this bike shop looks seriously into this matter, on how the customers are being treated by their staff. In order to obtain the sales and commission the staff tends to promise heaven on earth but when it comes to fulfilling it, suddenly the story changes. By right the customers should have the right because Customer is Gold. Without happy customers there is no benefit in any business. So I humbly request to the owner to train the sales staff better, if not the business will not succeed. Thank you.
