β β β β β - Trying to scam customers by charging for unfinished work
I came to install a new mp3 player, initially he said he was able to install the mp3 player for RM35. However, he didn't bother to check the length of the rca cable, after cutting the other wires and installing my new mp3 player. the RCA connecters were too short and said i had to pay another RM40 just for the RCA connectors.
I rejected that proposal and asked him to install the old mp3 player back, but he said i still had to pay RM35, so I decided to just leave it unfinished. Basically now, I don't have a working radio.
-Bad customer service -
worker was very rude. annoyed by my questions and implied he was smarter than me.
