★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this place. You get to pick your own ingredients. I keep taking too many though and end up paying a lot. But you get to eat only what you want to eat. The soup is really good too. The pork skin and the potato noodles are a must to take. Try it! I love coming here too when I have a cold because of the spicy soup

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Underrated place. The soup base taste good. Be wise when choosing the level of spicy. There is a ‘medium’ spicy that not published on the menu. A regular spicy mala fan would rate the medium spicy soup base is good enough. The pickled vegetables soup base is savoury and not spicy, for those who can’t take hot stuff. Lots of choices and mostly are fresh :)
Don’t be greedy and pick your food wisely, else might have waste the food if can’t finish

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pay your food by weighting, 4 type of soup base to choose, vegetable and meat looks fresh. But I think the ultimate soup base is not really spicy for me compare to other similar restaurant. Peak hour might wait long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pick what you want, pay what you take. Choose your soup base, and ta-da.. Food serve consider fast. Just the environment could be a little bit annoying, as contruction going on when visit this branch, very noisy. Yeah, parking rate here is cheap too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there when they first opened. Staff was very nice, though I died from just the 'mild' spiciness :/
Feels like lok-lok where you choose your own ingredients before passing it to the kitchen after paying where they plate it / pour soup over the ingredients. Watch out if you take too many items as it can get expensive fast.
Slightly worried about hygiene with public tongs but I'll trust that they replace them from time to time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really strong 4/5 restaurant. Customer service is good. Lots of variety. The bacon is cooked really well, pork however can be a little tough. Tried the medium spicy mala and non-spicy broth. I highly recommend the non-spicy soup although for mala lovers, the spicy soup is also good. I recommend trying king noodles instead of the usual instant noodles. The fried chives dumpling was amazing. Overall, the food is reasonably priced and good in quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive been a frequent patron to this joint for 2years, had always enjoyed their customizable noodles & condiments and their exquisite mala soup base. If this review was given a year back, it would had been an easy 5star.
But now, Im very annoyed with their unethical pricing changes.
Their pricing used to be cheaper and more affordable, and they were more generous with the amt of soup given in each bowl too. My previous orders used to range between a rm12-18 per bowl, to now a rm16-rm23 per bowl. Im pretty sure i pick the similar condiments everytime. I fully understand the needs to change pricing along the way, but sadly now, they even charge chilli sauce or chilli oil seperately as ala carte. A 90sen for a small dish of chilli oil. Must be some sort of preciously imported dry chilli oil they provide that now they charge as ala carte order.
I can no longer recommend anyone here due to the unethical pricing strategy. Would definitely look for an alternative.

1. not give sauce (used to be free or comes as standard, now you have to pay!)
2. soup not tasting as nice
3. ingredients selection lesser and seems of less quality
