Huge variety of office chairs and desks. I got the adjustable office desk (can sit or stand). Didn't know those were even available in Malaysia.

Bought a chair from them and I have been told by the stuff that the delivery will takes 7-10days. Its already about a month since i ordered, still didn't received my chair ? i could've bought it from ikea instead.

I wished I would have read all the reviews here before purchasing a safe from them. Their service is really horrible. The difference between pre-purchase and post-payment is totally different. Brought a safe with full payment during mid of August 2019. Salesman said usual delivery takes about a week. Ask us to give them 2 weeks at most. We agreed. We called on 27/8 to check on delivery, staff said she is unsure about our order. She will ask her colleague to call back. ---- No updates --- We called on 29/8 and said that KL side will have to arrange for delivery will call us back to confirm delivery date. ---- No updates --- 24/9, almost 1 month since the last phone call, staff told us that KL has no stock. Asked us to wait till October for their phone call?!?!? What kind of service is this that they are giving? #1. Lack of Initiative to follow-up with customers - Realised a lot of times we are the ones calling them instead of them calling us back as promised? #2. Staff lack of communication between team - Everyone seem to have their own circle of customer. #3. Unsure of inventory stock and gave customer wrong information. I really wish I could give a negative rating. They do not deserve any star at all. Future customers, BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very fast service when I sent my office chair for repair. Happy with the outcome. They even had my chair wiped down before putting in my car.

Worse service! Ordered table and chair, still waiting for 1 month. Staffs are horriable and not responding to enquiry timely. Really regret purchasing wfh funiture from this company.i would suggest new buyer to seek other supplier if wish to buy office furniture.
