★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most Cheaper apartment with pool RM650 per month rental. Its like living in a resort. Quiet place, friendly neighbourhood. If you are hungry in the middle of the night, theres a food deliver by the neighbour itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The usual bad mentality tenant struggles. Not recommended for purchase for long term stay. Now thanks to covid your maintenance fee paid for limited access to facilities. Here, I learned expecting a good life in local high rise is naive. Strata life is a joke.

Quite place and suitable for take rest and enjoy the day..
Still have green panoramic and less noise..
In the morning you can see the fog, feel like at the hill or mountain.. and on afternoon you can see a lot of birds flying..
