★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment is in a strategic location. The shoplots and ecohill mall (ready in 2022) is only 3 minutes drive from the condo. Tesco is 5 minutes drive. Food/ groceries/ everything
is easily available.

The next apartment from D’Cassia and D’Centrum..
All design and size almost the same, consider same developers and area..
This picture taken from D’cassia apartment..
The back one is D’Centrum..
This area still quite good for stay, calm and peaceful..

The security guard was not really on the friendly side. We were required to answer some basic questions, handing over driving licence etc... Yes, he was just doing his job, but the least he could do is to paste a fake smile on his face. We were not some visitors checking in for AirBnB. And he even asked "first time?", and yet not telling us where the block that we're heading for is.
A little politeness to a couple of old dudes wouldn't hurt, would it?
