★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good out of campus accommodation for UNMC. There is frequent buses or vans to and from campus. The rooms are conveniently sized. Sharing is allowed. Shared kitchen available in block A. Cafe close by. Pool gym and game room facilities free for residents. Security round the clock. Very helpful staff. Shorter stays at slightly higher rent is negotiable. Eg. 6months contract of AC ensuite room at 660RM excluding water and electricity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love it here. The rooms are very reasonably priced for single room with private ensuite bathrooms. Tenants have access to semenyih lake and country club which has a pool and gym and cafe. Its also well maintained and quiet, making it suitable for students to live and study in.
