β β β β β Today is my 2nd visit to them, May did a very good job, clearly explain to me what treatment i should get, and most important, NO Hard Sell ? Customer get reserved parking as well, will come again with my friends (ΰΉ'α΄')=ΝΝΝΝβ³?

β β β β β I was unfortunate to meet the business owner of this place. I strongly discourage and I wouldn't recommend any of my friends or family here. In fact, I wouldn't want to do business with this saloon at all due to the character of the person. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I park my car at their salon at 8am for a meeting I was attending. I was made known that the parking belongs to them when they clamped my car. It was 8am on a Sunday morning with no guards and NO CLEAR SIGN saying it was a private parking lot when I park my car. It just looks like any other normal general public parking lot. I believe all this could have been prevented if they took steps to make sure the sign is clearly visible to the public, not hidden behind pillars, in my case signboard was nowhere to be seen. They claimed that probably someone else moved the sign away. Feeling frustrated after paying a fine to management as I understand the guards are only doing their job by following the instruction of business owner so I went back to source to make a verbal complain to the owner of "De Cario Beauty Sanctuary" in the hope they can take steps to make sure no one else like me would be the next victim but was backlash with more comments saying "how I was at fault", "How I shouldn't park at their lot", "How I should have asked people around whose parking is this (seriously, 8am in a sunday morning? u ask me to find someone to ask? DO you even do that when u park your car at general parking lot?)" instead of taking my feedback to ensure this would never happen again to other general public who may accidentally park on a REGULAR looking parking lot just like yours. Highly Not recommended!
