β β β β β Please mention check out time so customers don't assume the check out time themselves. Sure you can call customers to mention it last minute but isn't it better if you told them early so the customer can be prepared?

β β β β β Nice location, 5 mins driving to paradigm mall, friendly staffs, convenience store nearby. For a new hotel quite good service for the price you pay!

β β β β β Pretty small room but it's okay for the price. Lacking in air conditioning. It's near a Mamak, KK mart etc so it's a pretty great spot. Too far from lrt station though

β β β β β No wifi, asking for deposit for which I don't know what it is for. Its not like there is a fridge full of stuff, or other stuff that is able to be taken. Furthermore, there are charges for housekeeping of RM10. Which I find ridiculous, since it was supposed to be include in the room charge. The receptionist table is unmanned from 11pm till 7am(7:30am, since the receptionist stayed outside)
1 more thing, the elevator last PMA Inspection was done on 2015, and the certificate is only valid until 2016.
