★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am giving 5 stars to the Newly opened Bak Kut Teh Restaurant - “December Bak-Kut-Teh” as I enjoy my first visits there.
Bak-Kut-Teh is one of the well liked Chinese family food in Malaysia, originated from the port in Klang. Bak-Kut is Hokkien for meat bones, Teh is tea, this dish is commonly a pork dish.
December Bak-Kut-Teh has a well renovated dining hall, very bright, seats and table heights are perfect, as it occupied the end lot, the big windows makes the restaurant very airy, hence you do not leave the place with smelly residue on your person or hair. This is a plus for me as I usually dislike smelling weird.
The staffs work fast in taking orders very courteous and answered all my questions politely, the dish was served fairly quickly. I get to choose 3 “ingredients” for the single person serving pot, at RM13.90 each, it isn’t so bad, self service free flow condiments and drinks, ie: chopped garlics, chili padi, red chili, dark and light soya sauce, cold and hot drinking clear water and tea.
Next visit I will try the dry variety!

Both soup and dry versions were very tasty and they always have Youtiao (yau char kwai). That's a must try because of the crispness.
Condiments, utensils and drinks are self service but extra points for having fresh cut chilli and garlic.
Will be back regularly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bakuteh taste not bad. I love their concept to let you order extra half portion rather than one portion as sometime we always wanted to eat more but cannot finish another extra portion. Suppose to get 4 stars but deduct 1 star as the air circulation system has issue and generate very loud and disturbing noise. Owner please fix it if you see this comment. Also there is free flow self service hot tea and water. Generally it is not bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is good. Food is good. Almost everything is good. Last visit is very spacious, no crowd at all. Doing a lots of delivery, can observe during my meal there. Portion a bit small. Somehow the dry is better than soup even though I'm not a fan of dry. Will try again for other dishes next time.
