★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told the operation hours on weekdays is 11am-11pm, I arrived at 10.03pm the staffs told me bingsu closed at 10.00pm, and the staffs don’t even try to do a favor for allowing me to order even though I am only 3 minutes “late” , and despite me telling them I was being told they closed at 11pm. Very disappointed , with this bad management and staffs quality I dont think the quality of dessert can be any good. TQ

Would not recommend to add condense milk in it. Personally prefer refreshing Bingsu as the shaved ice is already milk shave ice.

Above average taste and texture, very generous portion- can be shared among 2-3

The management ought to consider implementing a pager system for customers to get their own food, so that the 2 staff can have more time tending to orders and cleanups.
The 2 staff were very admirable in managing the entire place by themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had one of the chocolate kakigori and tasted really great and refreshing. Strong chocolate taste with chocolate sauce and some chocolate bits inside. Honestly one of the better shaved ice in the area.
Though very few toppings provided and had to essentially “add on”.
