★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried Iron Lady Milktea Kakigori, Royal Calamansi Yokan and Matcha Kakigori
Iron Lady Milktea Kakigori is so smooth where it melts in your mouth, as if you're eating fluffy cold milk tea cotton candy. It's not too sweet, the flavour of iron lady tea is just nice. This comes with another bowl of sweet potato balls, taro balls and pearls. ?
Royal Calamansi Yokan is more refreshing. It has this sweet and sour from the lemon/citrus/lime flavour which make it taste like soap ? Personally dont like how it tasted.
Matcha Kakigori is my least favourite. The shaved iced is actually in milk flavour covered with matcha powder. There's also ice cream in the shaved ice. Everything is just too milky and sweet for my liking. It gets jelak half way eating, unlike the others above.
Portion: Suitable for sharing
Service: Great ??
Price: Slightly pricey ? RM24 (iron lady), RM20 (Calamansi), RM28 (matcha)
Ambience: clean and bright environment. Air conditioning is cold.
Overall, I'll give it a 4/5 as its quite pricey for just shaved ice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best shaved ice in town. Tried their milk tea shaved ice and it was heavenly. Strong tea taste and not sweet at all. Ice is super smooth. The yam ball and pearls are nice to chew as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow this is so much better than i thought. The shaved ice is super fine, it just melts in your mouth. The signature one is very good! Can't wait to try the every other item on the menu. We have a time limit though, about 1 hour for each table. Which is fine so people won't hog the table for long periods. Staff is friendly

Service is great, can get crowded at peak hours so get in early.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a place that appears to be popular and chic with a Japanese theme, the staff could be more well mannered and enthusiastic.
QR code menu failed to load a few times and decided to go to the cashier to find an even less friendlier staff.
You'll receive a buzzer to collect your order which is surprisingly at the back of the shop where a small door is to the kitchen.. strange set-up since the counter in front appears to be the kitchen and also where the supposedly famous "cheesecakes" are kept.
Menu is slightly overpriced for what it's worth.
Overall, the Japanese themed cafe did not befit what it aimed to achieve (courteous and efficiency) and was rather poor and over-hyped experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered the Iron tea lady shaved ice. Honestly it was not too sweet and the tea flavour is strong. The price is just reasonable and the ice is so soft it melts in your mouth. A lot of people in the evening but waiting time was is quite short as we received our food within 10 minutes or less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ordering system was very very confusing. For dine in customer, you will have to scan a QR code and paid at the counter to get a buzzer. Although the page said ordered submitted, the order will not be processed unless you have paid at the counter right after you ordered online. So, I don’t really see a point ordering at the table. The staff should really explain to us about the ordering system when we are being seated. The staff are not friendly and pretty impatient. After you have ordered, you will have to collect the items by yourself. The service overall is pretty bad. The only positive is the desserts are good.
Feedback:
Thank you for taking the time to reply. I didn’t mind the self service at all but just think it should be communicated to the customers. For a more pleasant dine in experience, I think the ordering system should be looked into and revamped.
Edit:
Second visit to the place and the experience is much better. The staff explained to us the ordering system and they are much more friendly this time. I am glad the feedback was taken aboard!
