โ โ โ โ โ Nice dim sum breakfast place with indoor and outdoor garden seating. Nice dim sum. Chicken feet, siew mai and char siew pao are nice. The 3 flavour tea is very fragrant and nice. Usually very pack on weekend (Friday). Less crowded during week days.
