All foods are frozen and allow customers to take it.
Most of the dim sum shop i visited they put every frozen foods in the kitchen and only food handler to handle it. ( Hygience and also customer impression of food are fresh even thought it is frozen)
Taste are terrible ? and serve 2 in 1 coffee. For those past reviewers gave a 5 stars might not ate any good dim sum before.

However, the “har gow” (虾饺) and “siu mai” (烧卖) not served in hot and not that nice.
Fried type of dishes are okay.
