Patient & friendly nurse staff which handle some basic info for beginnerโs mom to know bout it???By the way, gov need to upgrade some facilities here for more convience for more seater & new building??

โ โ โ โ โ Went to klinik ibu dan anak to open my pink book today. I have no complain for their hospitality as they serve the best they could despite the poor condition of kk. This place need to be upgraded. Too many patients rely on govt clinic and the comfortness of the patients as well staff have to be improved. Small space for doctor room and ultra sound room. The parking spots area veryvery limited. Nevertheless, thumb ups to nurse & doctors for their dedication

Receptionist, nurses and doctor are all very polite and caring.

โ โ โ โ โ Apart from difficulty to find parking and small clinic. I have opened my pink book in this kk and I'm very happy and satisfied with services provided by the nurses and Dr. They did an incredibly a good jobs especially Pn. Haliza. Despite it is super crowded, they patiently spend time to explained, advised, taught me on my pregnancy journey. This is much better that private clinic.
Hopefully, government will upgrade and improve the facilities.

โ โ โ โ โ I had terrible experience from here.
First, I had already made appointments for PCR test by CDC Sepang. So, I went there on time but they started PCR test 40 minutes later.
(Because they didnโt prepare) so made me and people who came earlier than me wait a long time.
Second, receptionist did mistake to calculate so, I had to go Clinic twice to pay another fee. (In addition, My home and clinic is not near. So, I paid for Grab too)
She said I need to pay rm150. But I heard I need to pay rm250 from CDC Sepang. So, I definitely said to her I heard I need to pay rm250. But she still insisted I need to pay rm150 so, I believed and followed her. But It was her mistake. There was differences of payment between foreigners and citizens. She thought me as Malaysian Chinese because my surname is similar with chinese. But still I canโt understand her. Why she didnโt check my passport although there are differneces between foreigners and citizens? If she checked, there was no problem I experienced.
Last, they called to me again and said to come clinic to pay another fee although I had already come clinic twice and paid all of fee. Moreover they called after I had sent the mail of my reciept to CDC Sepang. I think receptionists didnโt communicate each other well .
I am so dissapointed about this clinic and I canโt believe itโs national clinic. I am so upset. I hope another foreigners donโt have experiece I had.

โ โ โ โ โ Is it that difficult to plan one way lane for vehicles to enter (go in) and exit (go out) the clinic smoothly?
Some of us just need to drop by and didn't want to park there or nearby the clinic, because we knew it will be packed (the space could be use by other people that really need it). We could just park somewhere else, even it is far from the clinic.
This thing happens for a long time since i was in school. Fix this and this clinic will be fine (for the sake of traffic flow).
*side note: the staff is friendly and helpful, all of us appreciate it. Thanks.

โ โ โ โ โ I have taken appointment but still they kept me waiting for so long, went for baby vaccine they simply asked to come after 1 week and asked how much I am paying in private hospital I told 90Rm then they told okay you pay 80Rm here. Simply charging as per their wish. Very bad behavior not professional at all.

โ โ โ โ โ It's located on a small hill in village residential area. The road towards the clinic is narrow, with limited parking spaces. It's a aged and dated building. However, the staffs are friendly and helpful. Just wish the government would allocate fund to renew the facilities or to do renovation to expand it, to cater for the needs of local.
