★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Limited parking lots for visitors - staffs are totally ignorant. Building is not maintained at all - no functioning aircons. Ventilation is so bad - a couple of standing fans are placed in the rooms with all windows closed. One of those government departments - that's the standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Look a bit old internally but staffs are helpful enough. That's what matters when you deal with government agencies. Anyway, could improve on placing posters around to guide visitors like us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The altitude of staff over there is like typical "government servant", the staff was sleeping/taking nap during working hours when I arrived. Maybe it's due to comfortable environment, air-con, tv. Need to wake them up and their altitude is pretty terrible. The working style is very unprofessional and looks like retired people. Negative five stars review for this department.
