This is the place combining 'Koperasi Penternak Susu', Veterinary clinic and Veterinary service centre like service of animal transportation permits.

Extremely disappointed with the service. On 20 May, we brought our pup dog K9 to be treated for Hematoma (swollen ear flap). It was our first time there, while I waited outside with K9, my husband when in to the reception counter to ask where the dog registration counter was. That guy behind the desk went “Apa you Mahu?” (“What you want?” ) We were then refused entry into the reception area; instead, made to wait outside the building by a side door. Not long after, the same guy who looked like a vet assistant came out from the side door, stood like 2 meters from me & K9, casually said that my pup had cancer (?!). After we insisted that he be given some kind of antibiotics & his ear be treated, he went & came out with a syringe of something & gave K9 a jab on his thigh. He then walked back to the door signaling my husband to follow him. A few minutes later, my husband came out. “So? What do we do now?” I asked him. “We hv to leave. They are not going to treat him.” “Ah? Isn’t it supposed to be a small procedure? What did they give? (I noticed a pack of medicine in his hand)” “Dunno, antibiotics maybe. The bill is RM35” We hv no choice but to leave. I later read up on that medicine they gave, Carbamazepine, meant for epilepsy & Neuropathic pain. I wonder what has that got to do with ear Hematoma.

If your pets sick or emergency, can't bring pets come here. I rather spend more money bring to private clinic. Very big the clinic but didnt see any nurse or vet doc, no significant direction signboard.

It was good but why only basic medical treatment is given, and was advice to go to private vet for other treatment. How do this vets practice what they study if the government clinic conduct bsic treatment only. And why/what they study.

Quite disappointed in the service. Wanted to do regular checkup, pointed out it seemed like my cat had a flu etc. The vet only took body temperature and injected her. Then kept saying "mana saya tau" when I asked questions. Like dude, you're the doc! Also, why is lunch hour from 12.00pm-2.00pm?? 2 whole hours but the vet still went back out to get his lunch at 2.00pm?! The other staff were nice, friendly & helpful. Showed me the process and explained things to me. Just that jerk vet. In the end paid about RM23 for the flu meds. The area i.e waiting room, toilet, vet room was relatively clean. Not bad lah for a government run vet clinic.
