★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dog ingested a whole durian seed. It was 8.30pm at the time, and the only vet open and nearby was this place. We arrived at the vet, heard laughter and chatter and we called and asked for help for 2 hours. Finally opened the door at 10.30pm. Without even checking our dog's condition, he gave us hydrogen peroxide to induce vomiting for the dog.
Worse part? He TOLD US TO GIVE IT OURSELVES. And the WORST PART? He gave an overdose of it, and my dog ended up vomiting and VOMITING BLOOD for the NEXT 8 HOURS. MY DOG ALMOST DIED. Also charged us RM300 for a 2 minutes "consultation" which we had to do the treatment ourselves.
Avoid at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally unprofessional and unethical doctor! My pet dog vomitted blood late at night and had to go there as this was the only vet that attends late night emergency cases. However Mr Koh was really unprofessional. He just injected my dog without explaning what was the vaccine for. And when i wanted to enquire more about my dog, he slammed the door at my face and charge me a whopping RM300+. Please visit at your risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Other than friendly, experienced and knowledgeable vets, this place is an extremely stressful place for both dogs and owners. There isn’t proper parking lot which we have to park alongside the road that is often filled with other vehicles. The clinic is so tight and small which the customers now have to wait outside the clinic due to SOP for COVID. The situation can be worse during rainy day. We usually have to wait in our car until it’s our turn for the vet to attend to the dogs. They only attend to walk-in customers which long waiting time is expected, even just a return visit to purchase medicine. Both receptionists are disoriented and unsure of what to do with your enquiry. Worse still, the consultation rooms are connecting to the surgery room where, in some occasions, we could see Dr Koh was doing surgery on a dog with the door left opened connecting to the consultation room that we were in. You could imagine the stress level especially if you have a fur kid that is not calm, having to worry if your fur kid might accidentally dash into the surgery room out of panicked. Therefore, if it’s merely for yearly vaccination and spaying the dogs, there are better options like South Paw Veterinarian Clinic. We will not go to this clinic unless we don’t have any other better choice for treatments. On the side note, this clinic attend to emergency call outside their operating hours from their side door with door bell. Each emergency call cost RM300 (if not mistaken) at least upon ringing the door bell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices reasonable, and the Doctor are friendly, experienced professional. Bring my dog here for body check few times before, and then surgery. No appointment needed, except for some special case. And usually, you have to wait for long time on queue before your turn. And, there's an old Aunt talks like she not in the mood. Lol.
***About the surgery, I booked an appointment for the surgery, 9AM in the morning as they requested. So, I woke up early, and left my place at 7:30AM for that, arrived there at 8:30AM, waited till they opened at 9AM, and yet, still ask me to wait for queue... Really? fine, I waited. Around 9:30AM, finally they just took my dog in. But, they just started the surgery at around 3PM... So, whats the point for 9AM appointment? Seriously? And, I'm late for work today because of that...
