Plenty of food stalls and Pearl Point mall beside making it a convenient stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The main road to get there is narrow as there is a lot of car parking on the side of the road. Security guard is friendly. The condo is superb.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been staying in this Condo for 3 years now and did not have any problem until last year. This Condo has serious water pipe issues which keeps breaking almost every week and repair takes almost a day everytime to fix it.
The reason I mentioned until last year it was good because, First 2 years the building was under the builder's maintenance and there was no problem at that time. Once the builder gave the maintenance to the different party things started going wrong. We have spent nights without water and it is very horrible situation.
The highlight is that management does not bother about this and they say they can't do anything if the pipe keeps breaking. I'm not sure till how long I will stay here. But I don't recommend this place if you need your home water supply to be on everytime

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor management. Please take note that this is atas condo but not the cheap apartment. DONT MANAGE THE BUILDING LIKE CHEAP APARTMENT! the management block the road like criminal scene. Management does not solve problem. she just skipped the problems. security at the guard house is lazy. my friend just wave the hand without showing face or talking, they just let my friends go in. NONE OF MY FRIENDS OR INVESTOR BUY MY HOUSE AFTER VIEWING.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly I don’t ever write bad reviews but this is an exception. We have been living here peacefully for 2 and a half years but ever since the election of the new management/manager everything has been going downhill. To the point most of our neighbours are all moving out and so are we! The condo itself is comfortable and the security guards are very friendly. However, the manager we had to deal with is incredibly unprofessional. Even when we want to settle a situation with the manager, she completely does not answer us. Even if it was for a simple request (like arranging a time for a meeting). Completely no response and no follow up. She does not keep up to her end of the promise (we agreed to have a meeting and for HER to contact US on the matter). Nothing from her, a week later, SHE even wrote a letter blaming us for not contacting HER and therefore the case was escalated.
On top of that, she comes up with fines, blocks roads where people would normally wait at the side, completely removes the space used for residents to place their parcels (this was used a lot and was very convenient for residents and courier services).
We would love to settle this and hopefully make improvements for everyone at Residency V. We can’t even get in contact with the committee members. The manager does not help us get in touch with the committee either.
Honestly I just hope and wish that the management will do things for the convenience of everybody. None of their new “improvements” really benefit the residences at all. For example, instead of completely removing tables where all resident’s place parcels, why not get lockers that was specifically made for this purpose. A lot of condos now have this service. But no.. completely removes the table because it was an “eye sore”. I don’t see this as good problem solving. It’s more like lazy work. This is just one example.
I would like to contribute to make suggestions for the greater good of everyone but I can’t get the contact of the committee members and no one is helping. Please improve your services and think for the residents. This is an honest plea for change.
