β β β β β Awesome place to rent if you're the type of person who's looking for a peaceful and convenient place to stay. Lrt and free service bus going to bukit bintang is just few minutes walk. Malls like Klcc, Intermark and Linc is just around the corner. If you want to chill by yourself, or you wanna hangout with colleagues and friends, have a date with your wife, girlfriend or soon to be wife or girlfriend bars is just around the corner. Easy access for cars, grab car and buses too.

Mrt work has created discomfort such as noise at all hours and traffic.
Swimming pool has been out of order on regular basis with no positive outcome from management.
One unit in the high rise has been converted to full kitchen for mainland Chinese residents who are staying on the high-rise unit. Safety has been compromised for the other tenants.
Location
Few minutes walk to Ampang Park Lrt.
Gazebo Restaurant / Coffee shop
Great relax place.

β β β β β Stayed here over the Christmas weekend. Location is great as it's so close to the city centre. If you're up for it walking over to KLCC is about 10-15mins away. Best if don't have any young children around as there are ongoing construction along the way which you might need to take some detours. The condo is the first in apartment in KL, although it looks old, the security is good and the general upkeep of the place is alright. The apartment that we stayed in is well kept & spacious for about 4 adults although there is one bedroom.
