★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking available in the building basement. No Touch N Go, need to use Autopay station in lobby to pay in cash. Embassy fees can be paid in cash (MYR) or credit card. Debit cards are not accepted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional and Respectful staff. Make sure to book your appointment atleast 3 months before your travel date, as most of the earlier dates are booked already. I applied for a study visa and it took 5 weeks to receive my Visa Stamped Passport. Keep in mind that the embassy will take your Passport when you are there for interview and it will be with them until they make a decision. Also you have to book a separate appointment for collection of your passport once a decision is made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spoke to the most inexperienced and unprofessional lady on the phone. I asked for some basic entry requirement questions to enter Germany and most of what she can say was “I don’t know, I don’t know what the border control will do”???? That’s why you have a job? To know what the border control will do? Please train your staffs properly! I’m sorry but Ms. Fair, you need to do better.

Very professional officers and are also open to answer any related questions that you may have. Basic fundamental tip - If you follow the steps shared on the official website on the category of visa you are applying for, it’s a rather straightforward process. Ensure that your documentation is arranged according to the checklist of docs required for the type of visa.
Also, the premises in KL does not offer automated parking payment system (touch n go/visa etc). So do carry some hard cash (10-25 RM) to pay for parking.
