โ โ โ โ โ i was supposed to receive my parcel today but because i wasnt home i told my friend to get it for me cause he was inside the house..the delivery guy called and told him that there was someone there..then the delivery guy called again and said there is no one there..so i rushed and called my friend incidentally he went out...then the delivery suddenly got mad and so rude at me..he even said โkepala otak ko & said i go pick my parcel at the center..he made the decision bu himself...and not asking me..is that the way u train ur staff?is that the way ur staff treat ur customer??dont they know that it is from us ur consumer that they get their salary?his name is Mohd amin..pls do some action regarding this matter

โ โ โ โ โ I got my parcel today and the delivery man was soooo rude! He was angry at me because I asked him to brimg up my parcel in my unit because I cannot go down I have a baby. He was shouting atvme and almost throw my parcel to me. Please don't use this courier!!!

โ โ โ โ โ I am sorry but i really don't like how they confused about the postcode num. They have internal problem by changing the postcode. So i will get my items late because they changing the hub because of the postcode. 50400

โ โ โ โ โ Drive half of KL just to get here and they don't provide the wrapper. I went to J&T and they will sell me the wrapper for RM1. I opted out DHL from my shopee shipping list because not all dhl outlet/branch will receive ecommerce items. Make thing easy for people, and Allah will ease yours too, InshaAllah.

Hence i came here to check on my parcel and self-collect it. Surprisingly, all the staffs here were friendly enough and kind-assist to look for my parcel, with apologize for the delay. Keep it up!
