★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not used DHL as your courier service, their service are the worst. Poslaju & J&T are much better than this. Take a very long time to deliver an items. Super slow. I do not recommended this courier service.

Item was out for delivery but didn’t received on the same day instead I got a message from the Dhl ecommerce tracking saying that "the customer has rescheduled due to not at home" even though they never came to my house to send the item. Customer service didn’t answer my calls. Avoid this courier at any cost it's my first and last. DHL ECOMMERCE KUANTAN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Not responsible. First time i got the status i checked...delivery pending due of can't find the address. No call received due to the problem. Until now..nearly a week...no attempt being made. Call but keep on engage.... Super frustrated. Will make sure next time won't encounter with seller using DHL ECOMMERCE. FYI.. this is not the first time for me with DHL, previously...i have to go to DHL ecommerce to check if my parcel arrived there coz no updates n no calls... When i went there, received a rude welcome n realised my parcel was there more than a week... This was few years back...nvr thought the service gone worse....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst courier ever, slowest from KL to Kuantan 30 days and always lost and breaks the item. The company will divert everything away from taking responsibilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Item said to be out for delivery at 10.20 am. Been waiting at home. Didn't go anywhere in case the item arrived n I wasn't in. Too bad at 6.15pm the item is still yet to arrive. This is bloody wasting my time! Never use DHL Kuantan at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was helpful, unfortunately there is no indication anywhere. DHL please update the details to say that the Semambu branch is only for DOMESTIC parcels. If you need to send INTERNATIONAL parcels please go to Jalan Gambus
