2. The delivery guy claims that his leg is pain and he doesn't want to get down from the car even though he can just put my parcel on the wall just two three steps away.
3. The delivery guy shows his face like he is being impatient and throws my parcel in front of me.
4. The delivery guy does not apologize or say thank you even though I come out from house to collect from him.
5. The customer service did not apologize at all when I feedback to the person in charge.
6. The delivery is slow. The parcel stuck at the office for few days before being delivered even though it reached my area.
