★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have a wide selection of equipment and tools needed for your homework, yet CUSTOMER SERVICE will deeply made u regret why u enter in the shop, seek questions from customer service will give u a RUDE RESPONDS. Not all people entering ur shop know what they need, sometimes they need help for them to find out what’s the best for their needs! Will not shop here again! Also someone assist me yet did not even bother to explain to me clearly and just leave me hanging while waiting for him to come back to me with the price. So i have to ask other staff. WILL NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN, IL FIND A BETTER SERVICE EQUIPMENT SHOP!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection of materials & equipment. However, EXTREMELY RUDE customer service from the Information Counter. When prompted with questions, we received an ignorant demeanor accompanied by an unresponsive response & the person at the counter was completely engrossed with his phone. Same goes to the cashier at the counter as well.
Would shop there again but extremely unprofessional staff & behavior from certain employees should be reconsidered by the management.

Price is reasonable good, if they can an leasing hand tools section + working corner for certain customer need to use for 1 time usage, it would very great beneficial for everyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys working here are very helpful with explaining how best to use the tools and materials sold here especially for someone who isn't very familiar with hardware. I buy a lot of my DIY gardening materials here. Some items are only sold in bulk unfortunately which is too much for my own use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to improve their staffs product knowledge and their customers alertness. Stocks level are low and I always ending up in a out of stock situation in comparison with their other branches. Staffs over there should work their hands instead of their mouth. Taking pity on another customer, ending I suggested to him what to do & get for his anti-rust gate.
