โ โ โ โ โ My parcel was stuck at center 305 for about a week. And I tried contacting the center, no one entertained me. Later on I got in touch with one of the staff at center 305 only to find out my parcel was lost but no one called or contacted me to inform this to me for 5days. I'm very dissapointed with it not because my parcel was lost, I'm disappointed because I tried calling for several days to ask for clarification and confirmation. I would be ok with it if I called and get an answer straight rather than waiting for 5 days to arrive. But nonetheless, I want to thank Ms Faten over at centre 305 for being super helpful and patient with my issue despite having so much trouble and parcel at the warehouse. Give her a raise J&T!

โ โ โ โ โ Parcel stuck for about 1 month, rude customer service staff, never learn how to talk to the customers properly, no manners staff working at J&T taman pelangi . Stupid staff .

โ โ โ โ โ What do you mean by "bad weather" ? I don't see any problem with that (there is no rain/flood in Rawang). Stop with the lame excuses and deliver the parcels fast. Can I know how to contact them ?

โ โ โ โ โ dunno how many times with jnt RAWANG SGR/ LDC/CDC 305/605 parcel stuck for A WEEK, but the status mentioned bad weather, out of droppoint business hour la whatever if anyone want to send parcel to RAWANG or send from rawang DUN USE JNT
