Never buy from a company that uses DHL eCommerce. They have had my parcel for 14 days and still have not delivered it. When I contacted them direct their response was that it was still with the vendor. I used the tracking number and it kept changing the status date on the last entry to the day I queried. They are absolute rubbish. For a second time I have the unfortunate experience of having something shipped via DHL Shoppee sent me a parcel via DHL eCommerce and once again they have managed to exceed their last failure. now every day they say they attempted delivery but we are at home and they never came. It appears that the driver did not feel like delivering in our area, so he notes that we rescheduled because we were not at home. I am curious how we could find out the drivers handphone to call him.

WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER, ITS BEEN 3 WEEKS NO UPDATES AT ALL FROM DHL, PARCEL SHIPPED ON 22TH APRIL, UNTIL TODAY 15TH OF MAY, ALMOST ONE MONTHS, NO UPDATE AND DIDNT RECEIVE THE PARCEL AT ALL. PARCEL SENT THROUGH SERVICE POINT, DRIVER COMFIRMED ITS ALREADY AT DHL PUCHONG MAIN OFFICE, BUT TRACKING NUMBER DONT HAVE ANY UPDATES. SAY WILL DO WAREHOUSE SEARCH BUT STILL NO UPDATES, DONT EVEN KNOW IF THE PARCEL STILL EXISTS, LOST OR STOLEN! COMPLAINT MULTIPLE TIMES TO CUSTOMERS SERVICE, NOTHING IS HELPING! COMPLAINTS THROUGH SKMM, STILL USELESS! DHL PLEASE UPGRADE YOUR SORTING SYSTEM AND DELIVERY PROCEDURE, LEARN FROM OTHERS COMPANTITOR! WORST COURIER SERVICE IN MALAYSIA! NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

Very disappointed using DHL Ecommerce ! ☹☹ I have to call the customer service every single time to pick up the parcel even thou there has already schedule for date and time to pick up things.How could we satisfy to using this kind of service as we always facing problem with our customers to explained about why delayed this and that. And we spend alot of money to reach out the customer service more than the rate of the parcel everytime! ??

Request for pickup parcel and pay already. But no one come to pickup. When i call customer service they told me, their staff said no one at home but i waiting all day at home. Their staff also rude when call me. And DHL support also ignore my email about refund. How to ask for refund immeadiately???

Very bad . Come on you're DHL, supposed to be international standard yet , you simply put "customer rescheduled not at home " not a single call/email/message Are you kidding me? I've been taking days off for you to come. And it's been two days. Dont bother operating already. Really upset with your delivery

Very poor service. Parcel stuck in Rawang service point and KL hub for 4 days. Very important item. Regret using DHL. Called customer service and they were unable to give a timeframe for delivery. She said maybe will be delivered next week. Hope your management reads the bad reviews and take action to improve your service. For now, no more DHL for me. Hope anyone who reads this will stop using DHL either.

I had to send some documents overseas and the courier was to come to my place to pick it up. I selected the window between 10am-12pm but at 12.05 I had no notice from the company. I had to call customer service, only to be told they will come before 5pm. I have had a prior appointment that required me leaving at about 12+, which I told customer service. Now I am not angry at the fact they would come before 5. I am angry at the fact there was such blatant disrespect for time, especially since they are an international company. I had already left home when the DHL courier suddenly calls me when I'm out asking me if I'm home. So I had to rush back. I thought that by going through their website instead of places like Mbe would make it more convenient for me but I have to say I utterly regret it. Their only saving grace is that the document was received safely by the recipient in less than 24 hours, which I will commend for considering the country is about 17hours away from Malaysia by direct flight. I have emailed customer service and all you will get is the standard corporate apology email. Do think twice if you want to the courier to come to your place.
