Expected delivery for my item suddenly delay one more week .
Tried to contact them thro chat also no luck.
Self pick up item also not allowed..
What a terrible and awful service !?
Not gonna order from lazada anymore

โ โ โ โ โ I pm lazada customer service thru app n ask whether i can self collect or not they say can but not adviceable so they can gave me the lazada cs number to contact them n ask which i did n they say can go self collect. After i arrived at klp the guard stop me n say can dropoff cant self collect he say who tell u u can self collect i told him lazada cs told me i can self collect if really urgent. I ask if there are any staff i can talk to he say theres non so yea nothing i can do abt it worst experience with lazada ever last time to use lazada

โ โ โ โ โ First time to find this hub, a bit hard to search at Google browser or Google map, the map showing others place instead of this location. Just drive in to lane No.15 for seller to drop-off the parcel. The staff not going to scan the parcel immediately, seller better take photo or video as a proof, incase parcel lost issue. Btw, Lazada cancel drop-off parcel service at MBE is very inconvenient to me.

Although the things I bought were sent from China, I placed the order on May 15th, and the package arrived in Malaysia on the 22nd. โ โ โ โ โ Even buying the items for few k but the parcel oso been sent to distribution center and will be sent out tgt with nornal parcel. Like other shopping platform will appoint other courier service to send out the expensive item for next working days. Normally can receive item within 2-3 working days. Fed up with Lazada. Saying will be sent out before a specific date but the date was keep delaying. Cause me have to arrange my working schedule to wfh to wait for my parcel arrive. U better improve your delivery quality. A lot of parcel not an excuse for you to delay the delivery time. Everytime every year facing the same issue with same excuse.

โ โ โ โ โ This is my first and last time using lazada. My parcel stuck in hud no update nothing. No customer care proper service to solve issue. Please don't use lazada there is no support for customer. This is in 15km range and my parcel stuck from weeks. Shame on your guys. Even there is no option to cancel. Using shopee since 2 year I never faced such a issue.

โ โ โ โ โ Having bad experience with Lazada services tho, live chat is robot, not press confirm for the shipping address and note to the merchant is wrong address but they still shipping it out to wrong address! Bring hassle to customer! Search info myself and want to try to stop the parcel wrong route and grab it myself at the sorting center but no way to contact them. All note so nice service is 24hours, live chat assist till mid night, all wrote for fun.
