★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found this place on google maps, decided to go and see the place, we wanted a place for our 2 kitten during hariraya holidays, the owner is friendly, knows a lot about cats, there's even a vet just next door, so we booked our kittens stay, but on the day we went to send out kitten, the place was packed, the owner entertain last minute bookings, the cats owner brought their own cages in all sizes, some for 1,2 and even 3..when we collect our kittens after 3 days they are traumatized, maybe because of so many cats cramped there..and the owner are not as friendly as when the first time we came, but that was our experience, and our expectation was high, so go and see and decide for yourself if you are looking for a cat boarding, look at a few options, because it is your money, and you want the best for your cats, decide wisely..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my cat's first time being boarded so I was being choosy to choose the right place. I found the owner is the most friendliest while paying a visit to other few cat hotel places in Seremban. So I chose this Diana place.
I've read the other reviews, i think this place is not suitable to send your cat during hari raya etc bcs the owner did not limit the number of cat at a time.
I send my cat for 5 days (4 days initially but had to last minute extend the day) and she only charged me for 4 days. Maybe because i went there early in the morning (of day 5) to pick up my cat.
My cat is okay but lose weight and a bit traumatised i guess. But i think that's normal for my cat as it was her first time and my cat is a home cat.
Plus, do place a call first because the operating hours might be different.
Overall, there is a high possibility for me to go there again to use their service.
