★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service experience. Customer service officers not being trained properly to handle customer's enquiries and complaints. They will ask you to believe them they will call back but never happen after 3 times call back to their service hotline. They expect to physically go to the Digi centre just to confirm a small matter of bill issue even in this pandemic situation.
