★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service, deceive customers laptop component, when buy they say will add a free same speed of ram, but after buy, you check back will notice that the free ram speed is lower then original ram in the laptop, after you back to the shop, they will deceive customers is laptop problem can't put the same speed, if no the laptop will no be reboot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought a HP EVY RM5199 in cash 13/5/2021 unfortunately I couldn’t use due to space bar problem & touch screen problem then I sent back to them 20/5/2021,I asked to replace new one for me but they told me need to get HP support approval.Today 21/5/2021 they told me I must wait another few days next week .As we all know we may face into MCO lock down very soon possibility might impose few weeks which mean I bought something I paid that I couldn’t use for so long.their answer was can’t do anything & u may go further complain!!I told them I can effort pay for nothing get back!!!HOW HP CAN AUTHORIZE SUCH RESELLER!!!
