★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came on 1/12 12pm, there were only 8 customers in front of us, but only 2 counters with staff. The rest of the staff looked like promoters and were standing around doing basically nothing, watching the customers waiting. It took >1hour to serve 8 customers at 2 counters. Can't imagine when the customer load is high, the wait would probably be hours or even days?

Queue system that is flawed.
Arrived at 5pm, been waiting for 1 hour.
Customer service cannot even estimate how much longer to wait.
Gave up on DiGi by 6pm and got the 'its your turn' SMS when I reached home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited for so long. Am writing this review while waiting. Came here to buy postpaid number but there’s only 1 staff handling this. So all other staff couldn’t serve you and asked you to wait until other customers are done. Inefficient manpower.

due to outdated and inefficiency Digi service by HQ, I still need to go local Digi Store just for their Error...I'm writing this review in Digi Store?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wait for half an hour and my brother purposely come down from KL and myself come out from SG to do change of ownership for the phone number, then staff say cannot do anything because previously digi staff changed the ownership to my father instead of my brother. So we are basically wasted for time in here. I wish I can give negative reviews.
