★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow service, we were around 11 person waiting outside in queueing in rain drizzling at the walkway.
And there is urgency to get to outlet from doing the transaction online due to dispute.
So the service operator or crew should be more to attend customers faster n time to time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a horrible service. 70% to 80% of the time, the network is either very poor or poor for almost one year. I called, the customer reset but no improvement. When my payment was delayed for one week, my service was barred. It charged RM10 to debar. How about its poor network? Is our Ministry of Communication working?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. Cannot get my free phone as promised for line swift package. The sale person also feel that it very much unfair to me. They communicated with HQ many times but they still cannot do anything. As responded, that is Maxis policy. Even supecedes Malaysia Akta. Just be careful. Free phone by Maxis, is not promised!
